Credinero is not a bank, lender or financial institution and does not issue loans itself. The service helps you review partner offers and continue the application on their websites.

This Policy does not govern processing on lender/partner sites you visit on your own — their own privacy policies apply there.

4. Credinero website

4.1. What data we receive

Data you provide

phone number — if you submit the loan-match form;
confirmation of consent to personal data processing.

At the time of this version, the website form does not collect full name or email.

Data collected automatically

technical request data (including IP address, browser/device information);
page URL / referrer, if available;
ad and technical click parameters, including gclid and UTM tags when present;
technical data needed for security and abuse prevention (including form rate limits).

4.2. Forms and requests

If you leave a phone number in the website form:

data is sent to our request-processing system;
the request is stored to provide offer matching and related communication within Credinero;
after submit you may be shown additional offers.

4.3. Partner clicks

Clicking an offer card may take you to a partner site via an affiliate link that can include attribution parameters.
Loan applications are completed on the partner’s site. Data you enter there is provided directly to that partner under their privacy policy.

4.4. Ads / analytics / technical identifiers

The website may use Google Ads, Meta and related technologies to measure ad performance, click attribution and conversions (cookies, ad IDs, gclid / UTM parameters).

4.5. Cookies

We may use cookies and similar technologies for session continuity, ad attribution and security. You can limit cookies in your browser; some features (including ad attribution) may work with limits.

5. How data is used

Data is processed to:

provide comparison / offer-matching services;
handle requests and interest forms;
attribute ad traffic and measure campaigns;
improve the product and prevent abuse;
comply with legal requirements.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Sharing with third parties

Technical attribution parameters may be included in affiliate links when you click through to a partner. That is not an automatic transfer of form personal data to the lender.
